I have been going to gyms for 40 years. I have had the best gym experiences ever at Alexandra Hills ifeelgood gym. Firstly the manager, Jeremy I think was polite, friendly, helpful and just cool. The equipment was all top quality, well maintained, clean and everything required for all forms of weight training was provided. 3 other gyms in the vacinity were visited and none compared. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who has high standards of service, equipment and facilities. Excellent work. Michael Edmonds HPE Teacher.

Awesome gym, excellent supportive staff and trainers, the gym is clean and tidy, excellent for begginer or experienced gym enthusiasts. 10/10 highly recommend coming in and having a look

Been going to this gym for around 5 months now. It’s a good gym generally however there are not many cardio machines and they always seem to have issues or be out of order. The biggest issue is how hot it is in the building. It seems as though they hardly turn the air con on and in this heat it’s quite surprising. I haven’t experienced a gym as hot as this one before. If they fixed these issues it would be a great gym. Unfortunately due to the temperature in the building I will likely be leaving this gym.

I have been with this gym for well over a year now. It's small, but has everything you need. The community is tightly knit and everyone is welcoming especially the staff. Mitch and Reuben have been so welcoming and kind from day one, and have supported my fitness endeavours the whole time. Awesome to chat to and ask advice.

I recently visited Ifeelgood 24/7 in Alexandra Hills, and I must say, the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The gym maintains a high level of cleanliness, creating a pleasant workout environment. Moreover, I never had to wait for a machine, making my fitness experience seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
