At a mature age I thought my gym days were over however after receiving a couple of training appointments I have found myself addicted. The gym is welcoming, clean and with up to date equipment. Being open 24 hrs allows you to pick anytime you feel the need to simply show up and get into your set program. I've been training at ifeelgood 24/7 in Oxley for over a decade now. They should probably start charging me rent given the amount of sweat and hours I've poured into this place. I'd say pound-for-pound this is the best 24/7 gym in Oxley or Western suburbs. The facilities are spotless, they recently installed new gym equipment and they also expanded the gym out to include a dedicated lifting area with squat racks and leg press. I have been a member of I feel good since moving to corinda in 2013 and I have had nothing but a positive experience. Since that time J P Flowers has improved the gym bigtime, he is a good manager and the gym suits all ages.

I’ve been a member at ifeelgood Oxley since 2012, and it’s been an amazing part of my routine for over 14 years.
