Great gym. The staff are great. Jack and Bianca are PT's and Jack is the club manager. They run a swag of classes included in the membership. The club recently had big renovations so it is a fresh environment to work out in. Whilst it is a small gym, it has all of the weights and equipment to do a full body work out. this also reflects in the membership fee which is very low compared to other local gyms. No bells and whistles, just a good gym. Because it is small you rarely have to wait for equipment. 10/10.

Started training 6 months ago and I do feel good 24/7! 11/10 for friendliness and service! Jack runs a tight ship and while it is a smaller gym, it has every bit of equipment you need to whip your body into shape! Nothing is beyond them, they cater for everybody's needs and physiques and explain and demonstrate each exercise thoroughly. If you're looking for a quieter more exclusive gym close to home in wynnum, ifeelgood 24/7 is perfect 👌🏽

Managers a really cool dude. The gym is extremely clean, and the vibes are really extravagant 👍🏽💪🏽 my friends and family really like this gym too, recommended it to everyone I know. Really love the no-lockin contract membership at this gym, and the feel for community that this gym offers compared of other places. Would’ve given it a 10 stars if I could

Very friendly management staff, always happy to help explain how to use pieces of equipment, shape training programs to your needs and help alter exercises/workouts.
