Great gym. I go here because it's got one of everything, and isn't insanely busy or full of your typical "health club" type. Which is great for people not interested in that half of the health industry. Any part of your gym or health journey can be complimented here. They have one of every machine and even have some very heavy free weights for the big boys.
Staff are great at this gym and has a real friendly vibe. Love that it is a small gym, and has a community feel. I am an older person and feel very comfortable there doing a workout. Staff are willing to answer any questions I have and provide advice.
This is a great gym, everything that you need and nothing that you don't. The managers and trainers are awesome to deal with, the members are awesome as well. The management team are just great down to earth people who never seem to have a day (I am sure they do), and are always up for a good laugh.
I cannot find any fault with this place, Brett and his team are always so welcoming and approachable. I love how this gym has a great community atmosphere and the staff and members are always happy to chat or answer any questions you have. I've been a member of a few gyms now and I have to say I could not imagine ever leaving or joining another gym as the staff go the extra mile to make you feel like a valued member and even arrange regular member appreciation days.
Been going to the gym for about a year now and would highly recommend. I have PT session with Bianca (Beut Bodies), I would 10/10 recommend her, she is so motivating and patient I wouldn't be where I am today without her. She always looks after her clients and tailors amazing workouts to help you reach your goals! The equipment is excellent.
