Really great little Gym. Wonderful culture - welcoming, comfortable, and laid back. It’s not your usual ‘Pumped up Patrick’ style gym, which is lovely as I don’t feel comfortable attending Gyms like that. My trainer Simon is a BLAST - I seriously LOVE my training sessions with him. He is GENUINE, a straight shooter (but super kind with good intentions), DOWN TO EARTH AND TRULY KNOWS HIS STUFF. Best place. Cosy gym with amazing staff - especially Paula and Simon! They are both quality people and always make you feel welcome. Highly recommend.
